-One-on-one attention, 100% of the time.

-Available 1x/week to 3x/week .

-Can be combined with Small Group Training memberships for discounted rates.

-Greatest ease of scheduling

-Family members paying on same card receive 10% discount every month!


 


*Semi-Private Training: Train with 1-3 other people per session for a tight knit community feel (Most Popular Membership/Best Value; Starting at $189/month)

-Train in a community-oriented environment with a maximum of 3 people in the same session.

-Available 1x/week to 3x/week.

-Can be combined with Small Group Training memberships for discounted rates. 

-Greater ease of scheduling compared to Small Group Training.

-Family members paying on same card receive 10% discount every month!



*Small Group Training: 4-12 people per session for a supportive group atmosphere (Starting at $69/month)

-Available 1x/week to 4+x/week.

-Stay motivated and accountable with a small community of 4 to 12 people.

-Can be combined with Semi-Private and One-on-One Training membership for discounted rate.

-Classes currently offered: Bodyweight Strength Training; Kettlebell Foundations
